The first and original .. A new concept in poetry collectives.
We are seeking new agents for the VerseMobbers poetry collective
Made up of poets, spoken word artists, rappers and balladeers who release their artistic inner workings to bring joy to the masses by creating public poetic encounters.
Writing, creating and then performing together in unusual and unexpected places, VerseMobbers has been described as
“Pop-up poets meet verbal guerilla flashmobbers”
We imagine experiences in which the unsuspecting public come face to face with cutting edge spoken word, street poetry and other thought provoking oddities, and then we make it happen.
Basically, it’s pretty cool.

Please don’t feel put off if you’re new to spoken word; we love fresh talent. Just send us what you’ve got.
You need to be available to travel to London at least once a month and be happy to perform poetry in public.
We are also looking for volunteers to help us film and record our performances.
